Ballyfin Retreat is a boutique hotel offering 15 elegantly appointed rooms. Our property is designed to provide a serene and romantic atmosphere, and we welcome couples for their stay.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: You can book your stay through our website. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment can be made via credit card or other accepted payment methods listed on our website.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in INR.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Some rates are non-refundable. Please check the terms at the time of booking.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 11:00 AM
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability.

6. Guest Policies

• Occupancy: Our property accommodates couples. Each room is designed for a maximum of 2 guests.
• Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

7. Liability

Ballyfin Retreat is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to property that occurs during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

8. Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.

9. Modifications to Terms

Ballyfin Retreat reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Jaipur.
